Rental Application Process

  • View our available properties on-line and drive by to check out the location.
  • Call us to set up a showing.
  • After you have seen the inside of the property - submit a rental application.
  • Each person must submit a completely filled out and signed application.
  • Applications can be mailed to us at PO Box 271167, Louisville, CO 80027.
  • Applications can be dropped off (must be in envelope) at 357 S. McCaslin Blvd. Suite #200, Louisville, 80027.
  • A $40 application fee must accompany all applications.

  • Per HB23-1099 The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable screening report, as defined in Section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and If the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: Charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee; or Charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portal tenant screening report. The portable tenant screening report must be provided to the landlord directly by the consumer reporting agency and can be no more than 30 days old.
